Why Holistika exists

Most companies operate without seeing themselves clearly. We bring the discipline that makes the inside legible — and we operate it on ourselves first.

Why Holistika exists

Most companies operate without seeing themselves clearly. They generate data they never query, run processes they never measure, hold conversations they never capture, and make decisions they cannot trace. The cost is not visible until it compounds — and by then it is the operating system.

Holistika exists to give companies a clearer view of their own operation, and the disciplines to keep that view honest as they grow.

What we change

We change the inside of a company, not the outside. We do not invent your market. We do not redesign your product. We work on the layer between the work and the company that is doing it: how research informs strategy, how strategy guides execution, and how execution produces the next research question. When that layer is clear and disciplined, the company can scale; when it is foggy, every other investment leaks.

How we change it

Three operational arms working as a flywheel.

Holistika Research & Strategy

Asks the questions and produces the frameworks. Research-led, not opinion-led. Frameworks are evidence-based, externally tested, and revised when execution reveals the limits.

Think Big

Brings those frameworks into your operation as a consulting engagement. Practitioners, not advisors-from-a-distance. We deploy with you. We measure outcomes. We close the engagement when the discipline is internalized — not when the contract runs out.

HLK Tech Lab

Where research becomes software. We build internally first — every product we offer, we run on ourselves before we offer it. The tools we sell are the tools we use. MADEIRA, KiRBe, ENVOY, and the products coming next are productized from work we did for Holistika before we did it for anyone else.

Research validates → strategy guides execution → execution validates research. Each turn produces new questions, new frameworks, new tools, and new credibility. We are a consultancy with a lab and a lab with a consultancy. Neither piece is decorative.

What this means for you

01

If you are a company looking for clarity on what you actually do, how you actually do it, and where you actually leak — we are the operation that brings the discipline.

02

If you are a company looking to scale with EU funding, with a technological component, with a credible operational story — we have built that operational story for ourselves and for the companies we have worked with.

03

If you are a company looking for a partner who will tell you the inconvenient evidence before they tell you the convenient strategy — we are calibrated for that conversation.

How we got here

The founder, Fayçal Njoya, has built operations across hospitality (a fitness franchise scaled from concept to seven venues with €50K initial capital and €1.7M raised; subsequently engaged by the marketing agency that worked with the franchise to build their own internal processes), data and intelligence (Chief Information Officer / Chief Data Officer / Chief Strategist roles across multiple operating companies), and AI / agentic systems (the agentic knowledge platform that runs our own internal operation).

The pattern: structured research, protected intelligence, audience-calibrated communication, and dogfooded technology, repeatedly producing capital-efficient outcomes that did not require the typical scale of capital deployment. Holistika is the formalization of that pattern as a company that does it for others. We do not promise the impossible. We promise the discipline, the framework, and the operational accountability to make the possible legible.

What we are not

  • We are not a generic transformation consultancy.
  • We are not a stock-photograph-of-handshakes brand.
  • We are not a chatbot wrapper claiming to be AI.
  • We are not a product company larping as a consultancy or a consultancy larping as a product company.

We are an operating company that brings inside-the-company disciplines to other companies — and we operate the same disciplines on ourselves first.
